Taking care of ceramic wares:
All ceramic goods can be placed in the dishwasher and microwave (yay!).
Shipping:
A shipping cost will be given at checkout. If multiple items are purchased and can be shipped together, shipping costs will be refunded when applicable. In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Returns:
All sales are final, though accidents can happen during shipping. If you receive broken items, please contact Upbeat Studios within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Photos will help tremendously for claims with the shipping carrier.
